Felting Bag....

So I have finished knitting the Booga Bag . I actually had quite a bit of Noro left, so I decided to make a 2nd bottom to stop it stretching so much when stuff is in it. Also made a little pouch for my phone.... problem is I have been washing and washing it in the machine and I can't get it to felt properly... been in twice at 60 now and twice at 90.... what is going on?

It had kind of felted, but I think it still needs more.

Please excuse kitchen photos, too lazy to move wet bag. Started on this tonight, can you tell what it is yet??
